٢٩٤٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن حماد (بن سلمة عن حماد) (١) عن إبراهيم عن علقمة في المقتص منه: أيهما مات ودى.
Ibrahim narrates that Alqamah said regarding the person from whom retribution (qisas) was being taken: Whichever of the two dies, blood money (diyah) will be paid for him.
