٢٩٤٥٥ - (حدثنا أبو بكر قال) (١): حدثنا (أبو بكر عن) (٢) مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل وثب على رجل فانكسرت ثنية الواثب، وشج الموثوب عليه، فأبطل ثنية الواثب وضمنه شجة الموثوب عليه.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that a man jumped on someone, as a result the jumper's front teeth were broken and the one who was jumped upon received a head injury. So Ibrahim invalidated the claim for the jumper's teeth and made the one who was jumped upon liable for his wound.
