٢٩٤٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم في رجل وقع على رجل (من) (١) فوق بيت فمات أحدهما، قال: يضمن الحي منهما.
Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that Hazrat Hakam, regarding a person who fell from the roof of a house onto someone else and one of them died, said: The one who is alive among them will be held responsible.
