٢٩٤٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد عن أشعث عن الحكم عن علي في الفارسين يصطدمان، قال: يضمن الحي دية الميت (١).
Hazrat Hakam states that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding two horsemen who collided with each other, said: The living one will be responsible for the blood money of the deceased.
