Hadith 29427
٢٩٤٢٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: لا يزاد الذي يُقتل في الحرم (على دية الذي يقتل في (الحل) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: The blood money (diyah) for someone killed within the boundaries of the Haram should not be increased over the blood money for someone killed in the area outside the Haram.
