الرجل يقتل فتعفو امرأتهExplanation of a Man Who Was Killed and His Wife Pardoned His Blood
Hadith 29349
٢٩٣٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شبابة عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد أنهما (قالا) (١): في الرجل يقتل الرجل فتعفو المرأة، قالا: من عفى من رجل أو امرأة فإنه ⦗١٨٥⦘ (يدرأ) (٢) عنه (القتل) (٣).
Hazrat Sha’bah says that Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad, regarding a person who killed someone and then his wife forgave him, both said: Whoever forgives such a man or woman has, through forgiveness, removed the sin of murder from him.
