Hadith 29347
٢٩٣٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن (ابن) (١) صالح عن ليث عن طاوس في امرأة قتل زوجها فعفت، قال: عفوها جائز، ويرفع نصيبها من الدية.
Hazrat Laith states that Hazrat Tawus, regarding a woman whose husband was killed and she forgave the killer of her husband, said: Her forgiveness is permissible and the woman's share from the blood money will be forfeited.
