٢٩٣٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قال ابن شهاب في غلام صغير لم يثغر كسر (سن) (١) غلام آخر، قال: عليه الغرم (بقدر) (٢) ما يرى الحكم.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ibn Shihab, regarding such a small child whose tooth has not yet emerged and he broke another child's tooth, said: Compensation will be obligatory upon him, as deemed appropriate by the judge.
