Hadith 29332
٢٩٣٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: ولدت امرأة ولدًا فشهد نسوة أنه اختلج وولد حيًا، ولم يشهدن على الاستهلال (قال) (١) شريح: الحي يرث الميت، ثم أبطل ميراثه؛ لأنه لم يشهدن على (استهلاله) (٢).
Ibrahim said: A woman gave birth to a child, and the women testified that indeed he was one-eyed and was born alive, but they did not testify that the child cried. Upon this, Hazrat Shurayh said: He will be considered alive and will inherit from the deceased. Then he invalidated his inheritance because those women did not testify to his crying and wailing.
