٢٩٣٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال: إذا استهل الجنين ثم مات ففيه الدية.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhi'b states that Imam Zuhri said: When a child miscarried from the mother's womb cries and then dies, blood money (diyah) will be obligatory for it.
