Hadith 29330
٢٩٣٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن ابن سالم عن الشعبي قال: إذا ضرب الرجل بطن الحامل فأسقطت ميتًا ففيه غرة -عبد أو أمة- في ماله، وإن كان حيًا فالدية.
Hazrat Ibn Salim states that Hazrat Sha'bi said: When a man strikes a pregnant woman on her abdomen and she miscarries a dead child, then a "ghurra" will be obligatory, meaning a slave man or woman will be required from that man's wealth. And if the child is miscarried alive, then blood money (diyat) will be obligatory.
