Hadith 29329
٢٩٣٢٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: في الجنين إذا سقط حيًا ففيه الدية، وإن سقط ميتًا ففيه غرة.
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah narrates that Hazrat Urwah said: If a child in the mother's womb is miscarried alive, then blood money (diyat) will be obligatory, and if it is miscarried dead, then ghurrah, that is, a male or female slave, will be obligatory.
