٢٩٣٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا علي بن صالح عن أبي الوضين قال: سألت الشعبي عن الحر يقتل العبد عمدًا قال: أقتله به صاغرًا لئيمًا.
Hazrat Abu Al-Wadain narrates that I asked Imam Sha’bi about a free man who deliberately killed a slave. He replied: Kill this despicable and lowly person in place of the slave.
