Hadith 29323
٢٩٣٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن سهيل بن أبي صالح قال: سألت سعيد بن المسيب عن (الحر) (١) (يقتل) (٢) العبد عمدًا، قال: اقتله (٣) (ولو اجتمع عليه أهل اليمن) (٤).
Hazrat Suhail bin Abi Salih narrates that I asked Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib about a free man who has intentionally killed a slave. He replied: Kill him as well, even if the people of Yemen unite over his blood.
