Hadith 29314
٢٩٣١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن إسحاق بن أبي فروة عن إبراهيم (بن) (١) عبد اللَّه بن حنين عن أبيه عن علي قال: أتي النبي ﵇ (٢) برجل قتل عبده متعمدًا فجلده رسول اللَّه ﷺ (٣) مائة (جلدة) (٤) ونفاه سنة ومحا سهمه من المسلمين ولم يقده منه (٥).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Haneen narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A man was brought to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who had deliberately killed his slave. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that he be given one hundred lashes and exiled for one year, and his share among the Muslims was abolished. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not have him killed in retribution.
