Hadith 29272
٢٩٢٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا بن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال: لا يقتل الرجل المسلم باليهودي ولا بالنصراني، ولكن يغرم الدية.
Hazrat Abdul Malik states that Hazrat Ata said: A Muslim man will not be killed in retribution (qisas) for a Jew or a Christian, but he will be held responsible for the payment of blood money (diyat).
