Hadith 29270
٢٩٢٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا بن مسهر عن بن أبي (عروبة) (١) عن قتادة عن أبي المليح أن رجلًا من قومه رمى رجلًا يهوديًّا بسهم فقتله، فرفع إلى عمر بن الخطاب فأغرمه أربعة آلاف ولم يُقدْ منه (٢).
Hazrat Qatadah narrates that Hazrat Abu Al-Malih said: A man from my tribe killed a Jewish man by shooting an arrow at him. This matter was presented before Hazrat Umar bin Khattab, so he imposed a compensation of four thousand dirhams on that person and did not execute him in retaliation.
