Hadith 29269
٢٩٢٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن معقل عن عطاء قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا يقتل مسلم بكافر، ولا ذو عهد في عهده" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ata that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: No Muslim will be killed in retaliation for a disbeliever, nor will any covenant-holder be killed during the period of his agreement.
