٢٩٢٣١ - وعن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: أول من فرض العطاء عمر بن الخطاب، وفرض فيه الدية كاملة في ثلاث سنين، (و) (١) (ثلثي) (٢) الدية في سنتين، والنصف في سنتين، والثلث في سنة، وما دون ذلك في عامة (٣).
29231 - From al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, who said: The first to prescribe the stipend was Umar ibn al-Khattab, and he prescribed in it the full blood money over three years, and two-thirds of the blood money over two years, and half over two years, and a third over one year, and less than that generally. __QUR_N__ __XREF_N__ __REF_N__
