Hadith 29224
٢٩٢٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن مالك بن أنس عن الزهري قال: مضت السنة أن العاقلة لا تعقل دية عمد إلا عن طيب نفس (١).
Hazrat Malik bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Imam Zuhri said: The established practice is that the family members will not pay the blood money for intentional murder except with their own consent.
