٢٩٢٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك (عن جابر عن عامر) (١) قال: اصطلح المسلمون على أن لا تعقل العاقلة صلحًا ولا عمدًا ولا اعترافًا.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: It was the custom among Muslims that the family members would not pay blood money, neither in the case of reconciliation, nor in the case of intentional murder, nor in the case of confession.
