٢٩٢٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه أنه كان يقول: لا (تعقل) (١) العاقلة في العمد إلا أن (تشاء) (٢)، وإنما تعقل ⦗١٥٧⦘ (العشيرة) (٣) الخطأ.
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah narrates that his father, Hazrat Urwah, used to say that in the case of intentional murder, the family members will not pay the blood money except by their own will, because the tribe pays the blood money in the case of a mistake.
