Hadith 29221
٢٩٢٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن أشعث، عن الحسن والشعبي قالا: الخطأ على العاقلة، والعمد والصلح على الذي أصابه في ماله.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri and Hazrat Sha'bi, both of these personalities, stated: In the case of an unintentional mistake, the blood money (diyah) will be upon the family, and in the case of intentional harm or reconciliation, the blood money will be obligatory from the wealth of the one who caused the harm.
