Hadith 29219
٢٩٢١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن مطرف عن الشعبي قال: لا تعقل العاقلة (صلحًا) (١) (ولا عمدًا ولا عبدًا) (٢) ولا اعترافًا.
Hazrat Mutarrif states that Hazrat Sha'bi said: The family members will not pay the blood money, neither in the case of reconciliation, nor in the case of intentional murder, nor in the case of a slave.
