Hadith 29215
٢٩٢١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد والحكم أنهما قالا: في رجل قتل دابة خطأ، قالا: في ماله، وإن قتل (عبدًا) (١) فهو على العاقلة.
Hazrat Sha’bah states that Hazrat Hammad and Hazrat Hakam, both of these personalities, have given the ruling regarding a person who accidentally kills a riding animal: its compensation will be obligatory from his wealth, and if he kills a slave, then its blood money will be upon his family.
