٢٩١٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن إسماعيل بن سالم عن الشعبي سمعته يقول: ولد المرأة (الذكر) (١) أحق بميراث مواليها من عصبتها، وإن كانت جناية عقل عصبتها.
Hazrat Ismail bin Salim narrates that I heard Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi saying that the male offspring of a woman are more entitled to inherit her slaves than her family relatives, and if she commits any crime, her family relatives will pay the blood money on her behalf.
