Hadith 29189
٢٩١٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: حدثنا سعيد عن قتادة في رجل قطع ذنب دابة قال: عليه ثمنها، و (تدفع) (١) إليه الدابة.
Hazrat Saeed states that Hazrat Qatadah, regarding a person who has cut off the tail of an animal, gave the following ruling: That person will be liable to pay the price of that animal, and the animal will be given to him.
