في الدابة يقطع ذنبهاExplanation of an Animal Whose Tail Was Cut
Hadith 29188
٢٩١٨٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الشعبي أنه سئل عن الدابة يقطع ذنبها أو أذنها، قال: ما نقصها، فإذا قطعت يدها أو رجلها فالقيمة.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hazrat 'Amir Sha'bi was asked about an animal whose tail or ear had been cut off? He replied: There is no harm in this; when its hand or its leg is cut off, then in that case compensation will be obligatory.
