٢٩١٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد سألتهما عن المهر يتبع أمه فيصيب، قالا: يضمن.
Hazrat Shu’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad, both of them, about the foal that was walking with its mother and then caused harm? Both of them replied: Its owner will be held liable.
