٢٩١٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع قال: حدثنا) (١) سفيان عن عطاء بن السائب (عن شريح) (٢) أنه كان يضمن (باري) (٣) (السوقي) (٤) وعموده ويقول: أخرجه في غير ملكه.
Hazrat Ata bin Saib narrates that Hazrat Shurayh used to hold the shopkeeper liable because of the obstruction and the pillar, and he used to say that he has erected this obstruction in someone else's property.
