Hadith 29142
٢٩١٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد عن عمرو عن الحسن رفعه قال: من أخرج من حده شيئا فأصاب شيئا فهو ضامن (١).
Hazrat Amr narrates that Hasan Basri stated in a marfu’ narration: Whoever extends anything beyond the boundaries of his land and thereby causes harm to someone, then that person will be held liable.
