Hadith 29139
٢٩١٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معتمر عن ليث عن طاوس قال: من أوتد وتدًا في غير أرضه ولا سمائه ضمن ما أصاب، ومن احتفر بئرًا في غير أرضه ولا سمائه فهو ضامن ما وقع فيها.
Hazrat Laith states that Hazrat Tawus said: Whoever drives a peg into a place other than his own land and shelter will be responsible for any harm caused by it, and whoever digs a well in a place other than his own land will be liable for anyone who falls into it.
