Hadith 29126
٢٩١٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن صدقة عن سفيان (بن) (١) حسين عن الحكم أنه كان يقول في جناية أم الولد: لا تعدو (قيمتها) (٢).
Hazrat Sufyan bin Husain narrates that Hazrat Hakam used to say regarding the compensation for the crime of an umm walad: it should not exceed her value, and Hazrat Hammad said: the blood money will be according to the injury she has caused.
