Hadith 29121
٢٩١٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن أصحابه أو عن إبراهيم قال: ما جنى المكاتب فهو في رقبته، يؤدي جنايته ومكاتبته جميعًا.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: If a mukatab commits an offense, he will pay both the compensation for the offense and the remaining amount of his contract of manumission.
