Hadith 29115
٢٩١١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: سمعت سفيان يقول: جناية المدبر على مولاه يضمن قيمته.
Hazrat Waki’ says that I heard Hazrat Sufyan saying: The compensation for the crime of a mudabbar slave will be upon his master, who will pay the guarantee equal to the value of the slave. Whereas Hazrat Ibn Abi Layla has stated regarding the mudabbar slave: The full compensation will be obligatory upon the master.
