Hadith 29110
٢٩١١٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن في جناية المدبر قال: هو عبد، إن شاء مولاه أسلمه، وإن شاء فداه.
Yunus narrates that Hasan Basri, regarding the crime committed by a runaway slave, said: He is a slave; if his master wishes, he may hand him over, and if he wishes, he may ransom him and set him free.
