Hadith 29101
٢٩١٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: الراكب والردف سواء، ما (وطئا) (١) فهو بينهما نصفان.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said: The rider and the one sitting behind will be equal; whatever the mount has trampled and whatever liability there will be, it will be divided half and half between the two of them.
