السائق والقائد ما عليه؟Is the Driver or the One Leading Responsible?
Hadith 29096
٢٩٠٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن زهير عن الحسن (بنت الحر) (١) عن الحكم قال: إن السائق والقائد والراكب يغرم ما أصابت دابته بيد أو رجل نفحت أو ضربت.
Hazrat Hasan bin Hur narrates that Hazrat Hakam said: Certainly, the one who drives, the one who walks ahead, and the rider will pay compensation if their mount causes harm with its hand or foot, tramples, or kills someone.
