Hadith 29092
٢٩٠٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن إسماعيل بن سالم عن الشعبي قال: سمعته يقول: إذا ساق الرجل دابته سوقًا رقيقًا فلا ضمان عليه وإذا ⦗١٣٥⦘ (أعنف) (٢) في سوقها فأصابت فهو ضامن.
Hazrat Ismail bin Salim narrates that I heard Imam Sha’bi saying that if a man is driving his mount gently, then there will be no liability upon him, but if he is harsh while driving the animals and any harm occurs, then that person will be liable.
