Hadith 29087
٢٩٠٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال: إذا كسرت اليد والساق فليس على كاسرها قود، ولكن عليه الدية.
Hazrat Abdul Malik states that Hazrat Ata said: When a hand or a leg is broken, there will be no qisas (retaliation) upon the one who broke them, but blood money (diyat) will be obligatory upon him.
