٢٩٠٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب بن عطاء عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: دية الجنين على الذي أصابه في ماله، وليس على قومه شيء.
Hazrat Qatadah states that Hasan Basri said: The blood money for a child killed in a woman's womb will be paid from the wealth of the person who caused its death, and nothing will be obligatory upon his tribe.
