Hadith 29067
٢٩٠٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن يعلى التيمي عن منصور عن إبراهيم عن عبيد بن (نضيلة) (١) عن المغيرة بن شعبة قال: قضى رسول اللَّه ﷺ على عاقلتها بالدية، وفي الحمل غرة (٢).
Hazrat Mughirah bin Shu’bah narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) decreed that blood money (diyah) will be obligatory upon the agnatic relatives, and in the case of miscarriage, there will be a payment of ghurrah.
