٢٩٠٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن يزيد عن أبي العلاء عن قتادة قال: إن وقع حيًا فعليه ثمنه، وإن وقع ميتًا فعليه (عشر) (١) (ثمن) (٢) (أمه) (٣).
Hazrat Qatadah says that if a child is born alive, then its full value is applicable, and if it is born dead, then one-tenth of its mother's value is applicable.
