٢٩٠٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم وحماد عن إبراهيم أنه قال: في جنين الأمة من ثمنها كنحو من جنين الحرة من ديتها: العشر ونصف العشر.
Ibrahim said that the value of the child in the womb of a slave woman is based on the price of the slave woman, and the value of the child of a free woman is based on her blood money, that is, one-tenth and half of one-tenth.
