Hadith 28949
٢٨٩٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: إن قتل خطأ إن شاء سيده فداه وإن شاء دفعه برمته.
Hazrat Zuhri said that if he has killed by mistake, then his master, if he wishes, may pay the compensation, and if he wishes, he may hand over the slave himself.
