٢٨٩٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال: سئل عن ثدي المرأة فقال: فيه نصف الدية، وإذا أصيب بعضه ففيه حكومة (العدل) (١) المجتهد.
Hazrat Zuhri stated that when asked about the breast of a woman, he replied that for it there is half diyah, and if a part of the breast is damaged, then the decision will be made by a just mujtahid.
