٢٨٩٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد (١) بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: ⦗١٠٥⦘ بلغني عن الشعبي (قال: في المثانة) (٢) إذا خرقت فلم يستمسك (البول) (٣) ثلث الدية.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that I have received this information from Hazrat Sha'bi that when the bladder bursts and a person is no longer able to control urination, then one-third of the blood money (diyah) will be obligatory in this case.
