Hadith 28917
٢٨٩١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: أخبرني عبد العزيز (١) بن عمر أن أمراء الأجناد وأهل الرأي منهم اجتمعوا لعمر بن عبد العزيز في المنكب إذا كسر ثم جبر في غير عثم ففيه أربعون (دينارًا) (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Abdul Aziz bin Umar informed me that during the caliphate of Umar bin Abdul Aziz, the commanders of Ajnad and the people of opinion agreed upon this matter: that when a shoulder bone is broken and then heals (straight), forty dinars will be obligatory for it.
