٢٨٩١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن جابر عن الشعبي عن مسروق قال: في لسان الأخرس حكم.
It is narrated from Hazrat Masrooq that the decision is in the speech of the mute.
