٢٨٨٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن جابر عن الشعبي عن شريح ومسروق أنهما قالا: في الضلع ونحوه إذا (كسر) (١) (وجبر) (٢) على غير عثم، قالا: فيه أجر الطبيب.
Hazrat Shurayh and Masruq have stated that if a rib or any similar bone, after being broken, heals and joins straight and sound again, then the fee of the healer will be included in the blood money (diyat).
